Farewell Old Friend

This picture, probably taken in 1965 or 66 at the Sea Cadet boating station "Raven's Ait" on the Thames at Surbition shows Keith, very much as I remember him. Messing about in boats on a river.

He blotted his copy book some time in the 1990s and found himself incarcerated in Lewes Prison for 15 months.

Very sad to find out that he died on Saturday; at a Bar-B-Q, he said; "I don't feel at all well" and with that just collapsed and died.

Very mixed feelings today.
