FLOATING PALMS

When we first moved to Southern California, I was put off by these 
tall, spindly palm trees floating above buildings, & thought them ridiculous.
Recently, after joining Blip, I look at everything with a different perspective.  
These kind of palms are iconic, & just as much a part of the landscape as the native California Oak & the much scorned Eucalyptus trees.  When I see them in the distance, I know exactly where I am.
