As good as new ...

This khanjar (Omani dagger, it’s an antique) was given to us a farewell gift from the Hyatt crew when we left Dubai 15 years ago. We had it framed soon after we got here. And over the years, the silver has gotten tarnished.

So after all these years, Martin kindly unscrewed the picture frame and I was able to polish it. First time in 15 years!!! Yikes. Now that I know it’s fairly accessible, I shall do it more regularly.

Rest of the day was restful and uneventful!
