Birch x 3

I'd vaguely thought I might manage to go somewhere interesting today, but as I did my day-off chores at a leisurely pace and I was unimpressed by the grey sky, it has been a day off at home (apart from taxi duty for my incapacitated son). As I raked up the last of the leaves from the "lawn" I did notice the bark on these silver birch trees, which I think is rather lovely. Three is definitely a good number!
