Burst

I dragged mesen off the sofa this morning where I was enjoying the Observer crossword, a coffee or two, and a spot of reading...to get a couple of hours in on the bike before an afternoon and evening at work. Was alright. Thumbs up.

And work was alright too. Having said that, an early night beckons.
