...wee galavant yesterday we missed pizzas by Rooster so he made them tonight.

With those he finished the 16kg bag of flour I purchased in haste in early lockdown because it was the only flour I could get. That said we have made good use of it and...a replacement bag arrived last Thursday so we are set for more pizzas by Rooster...and cakes by Rooster...and brownies by Rooster...maybe there will be some branching out to quiche by Rooster.

Grateful for his love of baking and cooking even if he is petitioning MrR and I now for a new set of saucepans and knives!
