Selfie ...

... taken immediately after today's 6K run.

It was an impromptu thing after I realised I had failed to collect a blip. If I had known it was likely I might have checked my tee-shirt was not on inside out.

Please note the complete absence of even a bead of sweat - despite the blistering shuffle in which the run was completed.  Don't worry about the look of apparent terminal worry - I always look like that when taking selfies using hi-tech iPhones. 

I wonder if I am undergoing a mid late-life crisis of some sort?
