Breathing space

After a fraught couple of days we were picked up by The Stepdaughter and her girlfriend for a ride out to the coast. We walked up to Friars point after some lunch and a very welcomed pint! We sat and chatted for a while and took in a lovely view before we headed back to the girls' place in Cardiff for a few hours.
Gramps text to say he was feeling OK which made my day even better.
MRI scan for him tomorrow.
