Sunflower situation

Some fields are in full bloom, some have gone over and are hanging their heads because they look pretty bedraggled and sad, and in other fields there is a mixture of the two!
An early walk today with Carmen, followed by much washing of gite towels and bed linen, and then oyster tasting with our guests.
Mr F put his chain mail glove on and shucked 3 dozen oysters, then cooked oyster po' boy with half, and served the other half fresh with lemon, or Tabasco or shallots in red wine vinegar.
It seemed to go down well, and we have one convert to fresh oysters!
