Tote Betting

Spotted this building and knew it had to be blipped.   Surrounded by playing fields I though it was maybe a rugby or even cricket connection. 

But after a bit of research learned it was originally a Tote Tower at a racecourse.   I'm betting it doesn't have much of a future.
