Cardinal

Mr Cardinal is perched above the feeder as Ms Cardinal is on the ground under the feeder, eating fallen seeds and peanut suet.  

There are birds aplenty out there again today and Kent just watched a Mockingbird harass MiniMe, who was minding her own business laying under the rocker on the back porch!  I was sitting in the living room at the front of the house and could hear the Mockingbird squawking away. 

We will have our own church service before lunch, watch Music & the Spoken Word and then I will work on my bead weaving.  I am doing medallions with Swarvorski Rivoli crystals for the very first time.  

Later this afternoon we will FaceTime with the grandkids and I think Kent is giving them 'assignments" re; having to research things regarding storms.

Looks like we are going to be lucky and avoid the worst of the winds but we will get lots of rain.  The saturation of the ground with the winds we do get is likely that we will see lots of downed trees.
