Oval loaf

Gratitude Project Day 215.

Today I am grateful for a view of the nearly full moon on my afternoon walk.

The photo is of today’s loaf of sourdough baked in my new oval roasting pan. It was beautiful, but also airy and light with just the right amount of chewiness and a lovely crisp crust. Getting better at knowing what to do next.
