Relaxing & New

Another ‘Bucket List’ item, unexpected but enjoyable nonetheless.
Breakfast and a bit of housework followed by a trip accompanying Joshua to the auctions. I’ve never actually been to an auction before and steeled myself to keep my hands in my pockets, not scratch my head or fidget but it was relaxed and not as formal as I thought.
Josh was interested in the pens shown, which he won with a really modest bid and a watch. The opening bid for the watch signalled that he wasn’t going to be twice lucky, it eventually went to an online bidder in Spain.

Definitely going again.
