We waved farewell to the Bullivants this morning. Sad times. Not before a good play in the ‘campervan’ with Zeke and Isaac. Then the inevitable quiet descended :-(

No sooner had their car left the site, the sky turned grey, the thunder rolled and a heavy downpour ensued. You can tell it’s been a hot holiday when a storm brings welcome relief. This afternoon I cycled, learning again that there are no flat roads around here.

Finally made it out to dinner tonight. The one downside of this region is the limited cuisine. Confit Duck is pretty much your only option and ours was a little disappointing.
