The Paints Call

Bella can spend hours drawing with colored pens, pencils, crayons and we've just been introduced her to finger paints. 

Outside on a warm summer day is the perfect place to explore this new medium. She had a delightful time touching the thick paints and blending different colors on her fingers. Jeff gave her one of his paintbrushes and at first, she painted on paper, and then she laughed as she painted herself. It was a joy to watch her discover and learn as she played.  

The extra shows another view, complete with a bandaid on each knee! Something about Bella's expression reminds me of KF's toddler captures of Sophie.
