Derwent Water, Keswick

After our long walk yesterday, we headed for a wander around Cockermouth - it was really chilly! We had a coffee & cake in Merienda's - we discovered this cafe on a previous visit to the Lakes and were keen to return - it was just as good as we remember. It was also our first venture into a coffee shop since coming out of lockdown!

In the afternoon, we headed to Keswick and walked along Derwent Water to give WP a splash around. We then went into Keswick and indulged ourselves by eating 'holiday' chips in the square. Something good about that !
