Virtual Cambodia

We decided to "go to Cambodia" this weekend. Today I made "Khmer fish amok" which is a traditional curry. Very tasty.

We then took turns using the Occulus VR to visit Phnom Penh, Angkor Wat and various remote locations. Looking around, getting a feel for the place. Lots of red earth, scrubby forest, low rise informal building, and nice sunsets.

Tomorrow's meal is a beef curry broth that you dip bread into. And a mango and beansprout salad.
