Who doesn’t love a shiny steam locomotive? Groß Gerungs, the town where the rehab is situated, is one of the destinations for the narrow gauge tourist train. I was reminded of this when I heard the train’s whistle during the week so checked the timetable to see when the steam engine is running. Mostly the train is pulled by the historic diesel engine but the steam engine runs to Groß Gerungs every first and third Saturday of the month. The Blip shows it pulling into the station. I was interested to see that the passengers were wearing masks. They were reintroduced about 2 weeks ago for specific circumstances.
