Anna Jones cannelloni bean cake

Daughter Tamsin is a very good and painstaking cook. I had been mildly enthusiastic about my Anna Jones cookbook. She has a different one about which she has reservations so we agreed that I would do a complete meal from mine. I chose two fairly ordinary recipes and this cake which uses beans instead of flour. Surprisingly it was really good.
