The family called today just after S from next door had mowed the lawn for me, and we’d sat down with a beer and put the world to rights.

I cleaned the kitchen this morning and cooked my dinner tonight and that's about all I've done.

Spoke to C twice today. Not quite so agitated but showing some fear about what's happening to her. She told me tonight that she thinks she has changed....
