Neigh for you!

Another hot, humid day.  Sun and cloud.

Did housework for a friend first thing this morning, had coffee and chatted to a friend on the phone.  Next I started doing next doors garden, did about half, hope to finish the rest tomorrow.  Could really do with some rain the ground is so dry, rain this evening would be lovely.  Can't believe I'm saying that!

This afternoon S and I went for a walk over to Barling nature reserve.  Lovely to wander round and good to have some shade.  Took a few photos, liked the horse looking at us through the fence, normally I have an apple on me but not today.  With the extra thought I saw something so zoomed in and caught this young goldfinch having a feed.
