Got a lovely surprise this morning...... my sister sent me a pair of hand knitted 'lockdown' socks....... so called as she knitted them during lockdown.  They are lovely, with the colourways called 'North Carolina' and I love them.  Lovely card too!  Thanks Helen!

In the afternoon we bought a new mattress...... talked about it before lockdown but didn't do it, so today was the day.  As seems to be the case nowadays, there will be a six week delivery...... shops don't appear to stock goods any mroe.
