It has been hot and airless today. I was down at the market early before the sun got high but spent the hottest part of the day finishing my painting and reading my book. We went up to visit friends for tea and cake and to try on some rucksacks for Mrs TT as she finds hers is uncomfortable. We now have an early evening bell practice followed by a meal at the Indian restaurant with the ringers.
