I’m sure neil won’t mind me nicking his pic from last week - he took this of us while cycling at haddo and I was pleased I didn’t look too awful in it. also a reminder to me that I’ll be able to do this again hopefully in a week or two. lots of sleeping today, just stayed in bed. sickness subsiding and managed some food.
