Happy Birthday?

It was 20 years ago, but not today, when we bought this little house in Menorca and then we bought 2 bicycles to go with it. One is on show , the other in the house.

We came in February 2000 to have a look around and the Agent showed us villas with swimming pools in deserted seaside resorts and several times when crossing from coast to coast we stopped at a small town for coffee, a beer, for her to do a bit of shopping. This town was where people lived and it was buzzing. So we bought this house . And we still have it and love it as do our family and friends . It’s very basic, has no pool...

The bikes are also very basic . We and others have used them to cycle on the many cycle paths ( added to year on year) and lanes of this lovely island. They are still going strong and many years left in them yet and all with minimum but essential TLC.
