Lamb Brik
Brik pastry with lamb and Moroccan flavors (harissa, preserved lemon, cinnamon, etc.), corn with butter and piment d’Espelette, and tomato and cucumber salad with basil, radish shoots, and anchovy. Wine: Andrew Murray Roasted Slope Syrah 2018.
This was a thoroughly improvised meal, and it was delicious.
