It has been very hot today with temperatures reaching 32c this afternoon. The red bistort in my garden next to the Crocosmia lucifer look very colourful.

We have also gone back into a partial lockdown in our area today because of a rise in Covid cases  and can no longer meet our families indoors or outdoors in the garden, although we can meet in a public space as long as we socially distance.
