View of North Wales from a different perspective
Today we went for a 4 mile walk in the countryside nearer to Chester. This shot was taken on the walk. At the very right hand side of the picture is a what looks like a white triangle but it is actually the Flint bridge.
Apart from the village where we parked the car we saw no one on the whole walk. I bet the beaches were heaving. As we drove home I noticed that it was 33C, no wonder we felt so hot.
I also sealed and painted the morter around the top of the pond and H channelled a way under the lawn, a border and a path for the electrics to a pump. Tomorrow I think we will be refilling it for good (I hope)! and next week when we are 'released from our lockdown', we may venture out to get some plants for the pond!
The extra shows part of the walk where the farmer had 'forgotten' to leave a footpath when planting his sweetcorn, it was much taller then us! We managed to get through and out the other side :-)
