Gazania

Backblip


With the sun came our first gazania - one of the plug plants we got from my Mum. They are quite striking so I hope there are more of them to come. 

Hubby’s ankle is a lot better today but his back is still quite sore which is stopping him from doing much, but at least he can walk about without being in pain. 

We wanted to raise the water butt a couple of inches as the overflow is not working as it should (mainly due to hubby’s refusal to measure properly - “it’ll be fine....!”). However when we came to transfer the water into the old water butt from the greenhouse, we found it had a leak from the tap that we could not fix. As you can tell, we are not very handy.....
So I ordered a new one from Argos to pick up tomorrow from our local Sainsbury’s when we go shopping. Hopefully we can fix the problem tomorrow....
