Quick early Blip. I'm chairing a conference all day and here are 3 of the 120 delegates. They tell me they are the most important ones and of course I believe them.

The conference is focusing on accrediting non formal learning. It has speakers from Holland and Hong Kong as well as Scotland.

Good to know Scotland is a leading player.
