Mt. St. Helens

We were fortunate to fly directly over Mt. St. Helens on our way from Seattle, Wa to Sacramento, CA this morning. Not the best angle, but cool to see directly into the crater formed when the mountain exploded on May 18, 1980. I was living in Yakima at that time and remember day turning into night because of the ash cloud created when St. Helens blew its top.
