A Catch of the Nuthatch

Lisa had several different kinds of birds land on her hand this morning, including...(drum-roll)...for this first time ever...A BLUE JAY! I say landed, the jay never touched her hand...grabbing a peanut on the fly.

Also wanting to be fed? The giant sand-hill cranes. There are signs that say not to feed them...so we don't.

We also saw some 3 day old piglets, but I couldn't get a good camera angle.
