Raindrops...!

After another all night of rain everything was sodden again this morning...the hydrangea on my patio was standing up well to the soaking but maybe you can see each individual petal on the flowers was full of water..
And the day never ‘took up’ like they (Met Éireann ) ! said it would...it did get a little brighter towards evening...
However, myself and daughter went on a small outing to visit Son and girlfriend as she hadn’t seen their new apartment..
It was a nice break....he had lunch for us and coffee and cake!
