The woods today

We just came back from our sort of daily walk in Hamlin Park.  I spotted this amazing overturned tree trunk with the light hitting it and a bank of sand around it.  It just looked so pretty among the trees.  It's going to be a hot day here today, so I'm glad the walk is behind us.
