What a con!

Backblip ...... I have also backblipped yesterday's Caught ....

We have two House Martin nests in the property across the road ....... I did my best in a hurry, hand-held when I spotted one of the adults returning with food! :-)

Must take my tripod over there another time!

We bought a new Tom Tom sat nav last August ....... it came with Free Lifetime Map updates! Well it was supposed to!

We tried to update to the latest map today ....... connected ...... no map available ...... just an offer of 30% off a new sat nav! ??????

Tried to find contact details on the website ...... nothing ...... finally managed to find a 'live chat' ...... explained & was told a technical employee would ring us.

Somebody called ...... we explained the problem ..... to which we were told we needed to buy a licence for £59.99 to get the 'free' lifetime updates! What a con!

Hubby refused & informed him that we would be contacting Trading Standards ...... the chap then slammed down the phone! Great customer service ..... NOT!
