An afternoon with the birds

A dull day turning rapidly into a miserable one, with quite heavy rain in the afternoon. An afternoon for staying in and playing games!

When Daughter 2 came to stay a couple of weeks ago she brought the game 'Wingspan' with her. No, it's not a game for retired RAF personnel, but a game about birds. An interesting game which teaches you about the food requirements, the nesting habits and the way of life of a large number of birds. We've had several sessions over the last couple of weeks, but this is the last as she's going home tomorrow!
