Island's in the stream.............

J went out on his motorbike this morning, so I went off for a walk. I never know where I am going until I set off, but as it was such a beautiful day, I thought I would go for a longer walk. I was walking along the river bank in Newbridge Field's when I saw this Grey Wagtail having a good grooming session. I watched her for ages hoping she would turn around, but no luck. Part of the walk which I hate, is walking  alongside the A48, although it isn't for long, I can't wait to get off and onto quieter paths. By the time I got home I was a bath of sweat, and it was so nice to step inside the house which was  lovely & cool.I had my lunch and J arrived home about an hour later.
