Dots on Socks

Today is Mr isbi's birthday. He is not a present giver and wasn't going to be a getter today either except I walked past the newsagent last week and noticed they had racks of bed socks for sale outside the shop (? Covid diversification). Just what he needs I thought so lashed out. 
They have already come in useful for today's abstract blip with the theme of dots ("non-slip grip" on the soles). Thanks Ingeborg.

Unfortunately it probably wasn't his most exciting birthday. Graham and Bec had bought a big Chesterfield lounge and 8 chairs at an auction and wanted it collected from inner Sydney. As we had to take the ute and trailer we also collected a table my brother, who lives on the north shore, was minding for me. 
The blinker on the trailer needed repairing so we had a late start and were too late back for an interesting Rotary excursion to the Emergency Services Centre :-(
However we did get at nice dinner at G & B's for our trouble.

Thank you to all for your condolences on the loss of Eddie yesterday. We are all still trying to come to terms with it.
