Down By the River

I have had a lovely family day today.  My sister, 2 daughters and I went out to a local cafe for Brunch.  We had a good catch up over breakfast.  

This afternoon we went out to Luggate, I went for a walk by the river (where I took this (photo), then watched 'The Crown' Series 3 Episodes 2 and 3.  We are thoroughly enjoying the series.  What an amazing woman the Queen is.

Now we are at home, it is our turn to cook dinner.  We are having Corned Silverside, Roast Veges (potatoes, kumera, parsnip, carrots and pumpkin.
The greens are peas, beans and sweet corn.

Can't believe how warm it is +14C.
