Food

It's a rare day when I blip my dinner ..... who needs to know!   However, it's a relevant theme today.   For a start, Jamie cooked it and it was delicious but the main event of the day was a trip to the hospital at Aberystwyth for him to have a scan which revealed that what he eats has been involved in some painful episodes recently.  As with his sister earlier this year, he has gallstones!   Not nice but it was a relief to have a relatively straightforward diagnosis for the pain.   Afterwards we met up with Tilda for a mini-picnic and a chat which was good as always.  Hoping to welcome her back here in Tywyn soon :-)
