Like the Loch Ness monster

We drove up the terrifying single track with the hair pin lanes. To this beautiful place. The boys went and climbed a mini- mountain and Rosie did a LOT of lake swimming. Where we were sitting, it was all very shallow, she was the only swimmer but was very intent on it.

Our exit road was a lot more gentle and allowed more appreciation of the beauty. Lunch, read in the sunshine then an actual bloody swim in the sea- first one I have actually managed. Surprisingly then home for a bbq which my dad would have been proud of in the rain. Black jack and now I’m hiding from the gangster music and shouty death games.
