Ups and downs

My resting heart rate over the last seven days shows ups and downs but all around 50 with a healthy 49 as average. The garmin is fairly accurate as all the rhr’s above 50 were on days where I had a beer (or two).

We’re on holiday, normally I don’t have a beer every other night...
