Skeletons on Constitution Street
Rowan and I went for a lovely and very long walk down Leith. Rowan had to return some clothes and I was mostly interested to see the tram works on Leith Walk and the archaeology on Constitution Street. The archaeologists are quite busy exhuming the remains from the old cemetery at South Leith Parish Church. The graves are quite old - from the 14th century if I remember correctly. We stopped for a coffee at the Shore and continued along the Water of Leith. It's amazing all the construction that is going on. It is all change. All in all we walked 18km or so and were quite happy when we got home.
