Back to aerobics class!

Today I went to the ‘new style’ aerobics class. As you can see in the photo the floor has been marked out so each person has their own area and must stay inside it! There is plenty of room for 15, instead of the usual 25 max, per class. We are also supposed to take our own mats in future. The class was a bit less energetic than usual, the music was not as loud so that the instructor did not have to shout....many of us preferred it and are very happy for it to stay like this!

- went to the hairdressers for a cut. Interesting to hear how the owner of the business had been optimistic throughout and had actually had the salon decorated during the lockdown.
-nice and warm so did lots of tidying in the garden. Trimming shrubs and repotting a few things.
- swimming lessons restarted for grandchildren, the twins were the only ones in their class!
