Common Blue #2

I posted one of these last August. They are quite tiny and very pretty, but have an annoying way of hanging upside down on the lavender, which isn't really their best angle. So I have rotated her 90 degrees.

We haven't been out anywhere today after yesterday's excitement. Much of the day has been taken up with FIL emails and phone calls. We have found another care home and social services are promising to visit him on the 10th August. If they can convince him to go they are planning to move him on the day. I wish them luck with that. We also have to organise a Covid test before he can go. I am hoping that is going to be easier to arrange than last time we tried.

The window cleaner also came for his money today. Apparently he cleaned the windows yesterday afternoon while we were out. I hadn't noticed.
