Mucked out, de fluffed and hoovered

I was excited for Will today. He's just got the keys for his final year house at uni, and today was moving day. 

It's only an hour over to Newcastle from our house, and he was happy for us to dump his stuff in the lounge. His room is on the 3rd floor, so I was pleased I didn't have to take it all up stairs. It didn't take long and another housemate, Harry arrived just as Tom and I were leaving. There will be 6 of them in the house this year. All members of the university surf society. I know they are planning to hit the beach on Friday at Tynemouth, I didn't ask too many questions!

Tom helped me clean Wills room out at home. He said he'd enjoyed being at home for lockdown - that's good enough for me. It's very quiet in the house now and I'm missing him already.
