Gascon armagnac cake
I created this cake this evening using a Dundee cake type base recipe but substituting chopped Agen prunes soaked in Armagnac for some of the fruit and ground almonds for chopped almonds. It smells delicious! Now I'm wondering should I decorate it or leave it as it is? Suggestions please!
