Potted ...

A wonderful visit to West Dean Gardens with a friend ... the kitchen garden was, as always, so inspiring.

The three things I'm grateful for today:
1. Friendships - a morning coffee with an ex colleague, and a fabulous afternoon meandering around West Dean with an old friend who's been such a treasure during difficult times.
2. An unexpected gift was delivered and feeling the love.
3. Being able to run along the beach on a beautiful morning.
