Happy Harrier Hawk

We have had this Hawk in care for nearly 6 weeks. It had lead poisoning which it has had treatment for. Some of the side effects are nerve damage, This fellow's feet were tightly clenched, totally unable to be used. Our clever vet made some splints which held the feet open stopping the ligaments from contracting which would be permanent. Today we noticed its feet open, and being used.  first success with this problem. We are happy.
