Lost 6kg (1Stone) weight, lost 7% body fat, lost 8.9kg (1.4 Stone) of actual fat, gained 2.9kg (1/2 stone) muscle.
Added 10 kg to my deadlift 170Kg. Took 8 seconds of my 30 reps clean & jerk @ 50Kg.
And you know what? It was easy. Never upped my exercise and was never hungry. Just followed the whole30 programme, cut out grains and sugar etc. good luck y'all.
